Mrs. Tarasha Kaur founder Kraftivity, the art to create is an Economics(hons) graduate from Delhi University ,Started giving classes on 14th May 2002 ,with a motive to enhance the skills of people in different areas which could help them to become financially independent.
Being the sole proprietor faced many barriers but still kept working.As she had been a passionate teacher and unknowing became creator of entrepreneurs like wedding gift packers, bakers,chocolatiers,tiffin suppliers ,candle & soap artisons.
With passage of time managed to set up a training centre in 2017 and registered as training provider PMKVY(Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna)
never looked back after that.

*Empaneled with Niesbud as trainer food processing/candle n soap making/chocolate making/culinary art
*Master trainer FICSI craft baker/ Pickle making/jam jelly

My name is Manraj Singh, and I work alongside my mother at Kraftivity – The Art to Create, a skill development institute that has been nurturing talent and shaping careers for over 20 years.
Kraftivity is more than just a training institute for me—it is a vision I strongly believe in and am committed to taking forward. Over the years, we have trained 5,000+ students in baking, retail skills, and entrepreneurship development, with a clear mission to help individuals grow, gain confidence, and build their own businesses.

My interest in cooking and baking began early. In 2013, at the age of 8, I participated in MasterChef Junior, which sparked a passion that gradually turned into purpose. To build a strong foundation in business, I pursued higher studies in Canada, where I studied Business Economics and gained hands-on experience working at a dessert shop.

Today, I am back in India with practical industry exposure, global insights, and a clear vision—to empower people who want to learn, whether as a hobby or a career, and help them transform their passion into sustainable livelihoods. Through Kraftivity, I aim to support and guide aspiring individuals in building skills, confidence, and successful futures.
At Kraftivity, we don’t just teach skills—we help people grow with confidence, creativity, and purpose.

Hi, I’m Dhanvi, a pastry and bakery instructor at Kraftivity. My journey in baking began with a strong curiosity for understanding techniques, ingredients, and the science behind desserts. Over the years, this passion has grown into a commitment to not only perfect my craft but also share my knowledge with others who wish to learn baking the right way.

I have had the opportunity to gain professional experience working at renowned luxury hospitality destinations such as Atlantis the Palm and Jumeirah Al Naseem in Dubai, which helped shape my understanding of high standards, precision, and global pastry practices.

Baking is a skill that thrives on clarity, practice, and creativity. As an instructor, I believe in teaching strong fundamentals while encouraging students to experiment and build confidence in their own style. My approach focuses on hands-on learning, precision, and practical techniques that students can easily apply beyond the classroom. Seeing learners grow, improve, and create with confidence is what makes teaching baking at Kraftivity truly rewarding for me.
